In the current housing climate, a lot of our customers are buying homes that may have the ideal location and size, but suffer from outdated home layouts, dated kitchen designs, or both! Or maybe you are ready to move into your forever home, but are having a hard time finding the ‘perfect’ home that is unique to your specific needs. 

Why not build it exactly the way you want it? After all, no one should have to settle on their forever home. As a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor, we here at Steadfast Remodel can make it happen. The project we dubbed as, “the Log Cabin House,” was some where in between when we met with the owners . They had purchased a BEAUTIFUL home, with an ideal location, but the homeowners wanted to update the interior to match their dream style. After we sat down and designed the home exactly the way they wanted, the work began. We pulled out the carpet, put down new hardwood floors, new heated flooring, new carpet on the upstairs hallway and in all the bedrooms, custom trim work, a brand new kitchen, a beautiful accent stone bar, new paint, a custom cedar box to hide the piping for the heated floors, and a complete remodel of the downstairs portion of the house. Long story short, the house was transformed from “we love the location,” to ‘“we love everything about our home, inside and out!” The second set of pictures came from a couple who had lived in their home for quite some time. They decided it was time to finally update! What they decided on was creating a whole new kitchen. 

Not only did we redesign the layout to make it more practical and usable, but after we finished work on the kitchen they decided they wanted us to re-trim the entire home. So, we installed the new trim, painted it, and were asked that we take a look at their master bath, which also needed a little touch of modernity. After trim, we installed new counters in the master bath and put on new backsplash. For good measure before we left, they had us install a new front door.
