Whether you are looking to do a few updates, or have a complete remodel from top to bottom we’ve got you covered! This first set of pictures came from a home where there was only one bathroom originally. The customer really needed an additional bathroom, as they were expanding their family. We had to get creative! The space pictured was the master closet and on the other side of the wall was a second ‘“bedroom”. With some demolition and framing, we were able to add a brand new bathroom inside this space, giving the family a much needed second bathroom. The new bathroom included matching custom figured maple vanity, closet doors, a storage space for toiletry, as well as recessed cabinet storage. Also installed in this brand new bathroom was a state-of-the-art ‘U’ by Moen, a seamless shower drain, and matching granite all throughout the new addition. The other jobs pictured show similar remodels with an assortment of work that we have been done including backsplash, flooring, new trim, and custom cabinetry work.

This bathroom remodel is near and dear to our hearts. The reason being is that it is ours! The house we bought only had one bathroom and the master bedroom only had a small closet attached. We tore down the wall between the small closet and the adjoining tiny “second bedroom” behing it. We combined that space and created something elegant. We envisioned a design that harmonizes modern elegance with practicality, incorporating premium fixtures, innovative storage solutions, and sleek yet durable materials. Key objectives include maximizing space efficiency, enhancing relaxation with spa-like features, and integrating energy-efficient elements for sustainability. Our goal is to create a sanctuary where we can unwind and rejuvenate, while also adding value and style to our home.

 

Blue Room

This customer was a landlord whose previous tenants left her with some work to do. This entire bathroom had to be demoed and have major foundation work done to it. The customer intended to remodel the entire house, which we did for her, and sell it. After being in the market for only 1 day it sold!
